Our Neurological Department works round-the-clock to attend the patient emergencies, recognizing that time is a critical factor in such medical situations. The department's medical personnel are exceptionally well-trained and equipped to handle a wide range of neurological conditions.

Stroke Care: Time is Brain

During a stroke, 1.9 million neurons die every minute, which is why rapid intervention is essential. The window period for IV thrombolysis is 4.5 hours, and for mechanical thrombectomy, it extends up to 6 hours, and in selected patients, up to 24 hours.

Our stroke care services include:

• Intravenous Thrombolysis for acute stroke within the window period
• Mechanical Thrombectomy for large vessel occlusion
• Carotid Angioplasty and Stenting for carotid stenosis
• Digital Subtraction Angiography for imaging all blood vessels in the brain and spinal cord
• Stroke Rehabilitation, including Botox for post-stroke spasticity
