• Led a team of 6 during the Tsunami of 2004 all along the coast of Tamil Nadu for one week from Dec 28th to Jan 3rd, conducting medical camps and distributing relief material to affected people.
• Led a team for rescue operation from India during Nepal earthquake calamity in May 2015. Stayed for 7 days and operated several cases-in districts like Dading in Kathmandu. Helped restore electricity to a village by providing them the cables and other materials needed for the same.
• Led a team to Coorg and Kerala in 2018/19 during the floods. Conducted many medical camps and distributed relief material to several relief centers all over the affected villages. 
• Adopted one govt. school in-Boikeré, Coorg rural and rebuilt and renovated them to make it a model school. Also, furnished about 10 other primary schools with furniture for classrooms.
• Nodal officer and Head of task force for COVID 19 at BMCRI and related Hospitals since March 2020.
• Instrumental in setting up the skin bank in Victoria Hospital Campus
