Job Responsibility:

Inbound and outbound calling to answer to medical needs of callers and directing them for medical consultation.
Keep records of callers interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions that are taken. Process issues, forms, and applications.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on patients’ requests
Refer unresolved tickets/ medical needs or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Empathetic communication with callers to understand their needs, and provide relevant solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Will be responsible to handle inbound calls from the patients/complainant and direct them towards concerned medical practitioners.
Keeping the customer database maintained and updated.
Keeping a record of all the sales calls and notes of useful information

I Follow-up with callers & internal team.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as a telecaller or any similar role.
Proven track record of successfully achieving the sales quota.
Knowledge of computer programs like CRM and telephone systems.
Efficient with English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues. Having done B.Sc/BA will be an advantage.

The best service received from emergency to my husband's surgery and post surgery care was amazing Dr.VK Srinivas is one of the best Doctors in cardiology . My entire family go for regular checkup, the staff is very cordial, it's very clean and the rooms are near. i would recommend this hospital .

This is a well equipped neatly made hospital. Pleasant lobby and waiting halls. The staff and doctors are very courteous. Little planning to attend the patients and speeding up the procedures will make it still better. Overall good experience

Good Amenities and excellent response time by the nurses for the call bell. Timely checks like every hour in the night was made. The cleanliness of the hospital was really good as well. But insurance clearance takes a bit of a time during the discharge if you are going by the insurance mode.

we had excellent care at VSH facility for the angiogram and angioplasty that was done. doctors, nurses, and support staff were excellent and provided very good case during this time. we highly recommend them for your health care needs. facility was very clean and staff was very attentive to our requests and food was good too.

I recently visited VSH hospital in Bangalore, India, and I was very impressed with the overall experience. I was greeted by Ms. Maria, who was very helpful and friendly. She went over all of my options and helped me to choose the best treatment plan for my needs. The service was fast and professional.The machinery and equipment at the hospital were very new and modern. I felt confident that I was receiving the best possible care. The hospital was also very clean and tidy. The toilets were spotless, and the entire facility smelled fresh and clean.I would highly recommend VSH hospital to anyone looking for high-quality medical care in Bangalore. The only minor issue that I had was with the food court. The food was not bad, but it was not as good as I had expected. I would like to see the food court upgraded to offer a wider variety of options.Overall, I had a very positive experience at VSH hospital. I would definitely recommend it to others.

This is one of the best hospital for foreign expats visiting for medical care in Bangalore. It was swift and easy with all appointments. Especially thank you Maria and Dr. Bhuvana. Dr. Bhuvana was the most excellent Doctor I met I have been to other hospital like Fortis but she was the best. Dr Shanthos Kumar was also a great Dr as well and Dr Surbhi from neurology was Excellent. Excellent and great hospital.

Vydehi Hospital, the new avatar of the former tired Mallya Hospital sits bold and bright beside the ITC Gardenia, matching it brick for brick in plushness and looks. There're miles of beautiful patterned granite and wide, spacious corridors. The reception area on each floor is state of the art, the lighting is luxe and spells class. The service, which was always good, is even better than before, everyone has a smile on their faces. Gone is the congestion and crowded corridors and the lack of seating in front of consultation rooms. The cafeteria has warm,bright colours and the food is even more delicious than before. What it lacks is a viewing gallery. The windows are partly frosted over, blocking the views over the tree-lined avenue in front and the Kanteerava Stadium.

The best surgical center in Bangalore.The hospital is better than any of the hospitals I have visited outside the country.My dad had surgery done here and it was excellent.Dr. Durgaprasad Reddy did a perfect job on my dad's heart surgery.My dad is doing great now.The stay was excellent.

I cannot believe the transformation of this hospitalIt is not the same Mallya anymore.It looks like a 5-star hotel.The service is amazing.Starting from the receptionist to the Coordinators, Doctors everything is mindblowing.I was seen by Dr. Suseela Suresh for my medical problem. She was extremely sweet and very attentive to my issue.She spent an ample amount of time and took care of my problem.The pharmacy is now on the ground floor and the service is amazing.I am extremely impressed and this will be my go-to hospital from now on.

Had a event organised by #HMJ Ladies wing Free medical check up for all the ladies.The event was well organised. The staff and doctors were very co-operative. They have all the medical facilities and emergency facilities.

Hi I can see many negative reviews here.I know what they experience they'll put.But for me the hospital is good.Pros:-I came here for my mother headache treatement because the headache was not going where ever we shown to the different hospitals. But it won't get reduced.(sometimes she cry like a child for the pain) thenMy friend suggested me this hospital so I came with my mom Dr.Huliraj is one of the best doctor he talks with u in ur language and talk to the patient with calm.Then he suggested tablets for 1 month or 2 month. Like a course.This is the 6th month I visited 3 times here now the headache is not their for my mother.Thanks to the Dr.HulirajThe biller who gives u the bill and fix the appointments,he's so fast liked his work.Good guy.Cons :- The pharmacy guys are very lazy.Network won't connect in the basement.Parking is not available.For cars.Receptionist won't answer u properly.As I saw the hospital is getting constructing.But they should renew the old building itself. Their is no signage boards 😢 where to go for pharmacy or blood test and all.Main reception is only in bad condition.
