Dr. Santosh Kumar M has over nine years of clinical and surgical experience in General Surgery and Urology. He completed his MS in General Surgery followed by an M.Ch. in Urology from Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences, Bengaluru.
Throughout his career, he has independently performed numerous advanced urological procedures, including PCNL, RIRS, URSL, TURP, TURBT, urethroplasty, DJ stenting, hydrocelectomy, vasectomy, varicocelectomy, penile reconstructive procedures, bladder stone surgeries, and various minimally invasive endourological interventions.
He also has extensive experience assisting and performing laparoscopic, robotic, and open urological surgeries, including nephrectomy, pyeloplasty, radical cystectomy, renal transplantation procedures, ureteric reconstruction, and complex oncological surgeries. His expertise extends to trauma care, emergency urological interventions, and comprehensive perioperative patient management.
Dr. Santosh Kumar M earned his MBBS from Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences, Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bengaluru. He subsequently completed his MS in General Surgery from the same institution before pursuing his super-speciality M.Ch. in Urology, further strengthening his expertise in advanced urological care.
He regularly participates in national conferences, workshops, and continuing medical education programs to stay updated with the latest advancements in minimally invasive urology, robotic surgery, endourology, reconstructive urology, and uro-oncology.
